The subsection in Sun's stuff about file suffixes isn't really open to debate, is it? The only difference I see here between Sun and Lea is Sun suggests a "README" file and Lea suggests "index.html" to summarize the contents of a particular directory. (Sun indicates a MAKEFILE, we may use one. If we do, let's include it. -- BillRehm
