This is great. It might need review, but it is a great start. Since we do not yet have code to distribute, perhaps we should be a bit more restrictive untill we have the licensing all thought out.

I really think that in designing this license we should keep in mind the success of Linux and the reasons for it. IMO, one of the things that has helped it to reach its current market position is the ability of integrators and resellers to package somewhat unfinished and "unsupported" product, in the form of the operating system, with commercial packages. This serves the purpose of gaining the OS earlier adoption in the marketplace, and by doing so grow the developer/user base of the product.

Therefore, I believe that any license we adopt should provide resellers the right to package and resell the product with commercial commercial products.
