The ProjectSteward would be responsible for maintaining a database of the past and present members of the various JOS projects. They would make sure that the database was maintained so that projects that get dropped can be reassigned or moved to archival status.
They would also need to be in contact with the members of each project in order to be able to give information to the PRSteward who would in turn be able to inform the outside world of our fabulous progress =)
The ProjectSteward would help developers of JOS communicate the changes in their projects to the WebSteward so that the website can stay updated even if the developers do not have the time to do it themselves.
