Hi, a little about my self; A student at UCLA I currently write apps for University computer labs. (Access control software mostly) I've been following Java since the very first versions and I'd love to see a Java based operating system that doesn't suck.

• Java (Sun, J++ is for weenies)
• C/C++ (Unix and Win32)
• Perl (Now it even compiles, sorta... :-) )

• Operating System Internals (GUI Messaging, IPC, RPC)
• Interface Stuff

I still can't maneuver really well so I can't tell if anything is getting done... :-( Maybe speaking to individuals in realtime/e-mail would help
