The purpose of the glossary has changed. It used to provide a definition of terms where it was one time thought an article would have been overkill. In order to take full advantage of the wiki-driven system, every term should be defined in a separate article.
The glossary is now an alphabetical list of article names. Although you'll find all articles through the built-in search, articles without content are not supposed to be in the glossary. A built-in search ( http://jos.sourceforge.net/search.php ) is provided by the sfWiki software. As an author, use the glossary to take a quick look at the article names other authors have used. The glossary also provides additional room for comments about articles, such as recognition that the article name is (was) spelled wrong.
With un-limited ability to delete an article, the glossary is more important than ever. An entry in the glossary means that the article existed at some point.
