Never knew there were other Java hackers. Happy to find that there are. I gave up on nastier languages (read C++) a while ago, because Java just seemed to make more sense. (Also: the JDK doesn't cost as much as a C++ compiler.) And then I find a project to make an operating system in Java. Heaven.

I could do a hodgepodge of stuff -- kernel, user interfaces, networking -- but for now I'm contenting myself with the java.util package...
