I program in Java starting from Alpha and want to join JOS team. I work in ParaGraph for about 5 years. In all I have 10+ years of extensive experience on various software/hardware platforms in the following :

Design, development and implementation of original heterogeneous network protocols, based on ISO OSI Reference model. .
Distributed applications development based on client / server model.
Working knowledge of Internet and LAN transport and application level protocols.
Object-oriented design and programming.
System software, real-time kernels and data processing software development.
Portable software, across operating systems and hardware architectures.

I also had a happy experience of successful teamwork with the most brilliant software engineers in Russia, developing software for heterogeneous LAN ALISA+ - original Adaptive Local Area Network Architecture, based on ISO OSI Reference model. LAN software ALISA+ was shipped to customers and has about 1000 installations in Russia and other countries.

I want to join JOS team to implement in free Java OS :

Native truly distributed object oriented mobile agent OS.
Native support for active network like ANTS form MIT. Check: http://www.tns.lcs.mit.edu/publications/openarch98.html
On application level: My VRML Beans project and next 3D Java Beans that VRML Beans will merge to.

The idea is to have OS which will be capable of manipulating distributed 3D objects - 3D beans transparently to the user. VRML/3D Beans - are reusable, persistent objects that encapsulate both 3D model and its behavior.

JOS is the right environment to do this I hope !
