This is a place where JOS developers working on different parts of JOS can define common interfaces. This way, we assure that different parts of JOS will work together smoothly. Well-defined interfaces are also at the heart of a flexible multi-layer architecture, as is planned for JOS.
Developers, your contribution is needed here! Help define and refine the necessary interfaces. And provide demonstration/reference implementations. This will help others understand an interface and allow them to build prototypes that make use of it.
