Moving forward with JOS is going to require some great design and coding efforts. The best design is informed design. If you're looking for information on a topic relevant to JOS development, drop an email to one of the individuals listed below, requesting research assistance. They will try to dig up links, summaries, articles, or references on the topic.

Quick questions that can get quick answers (like "where can I find the RFC for SMTP?) will probably get quicker answers from the mailing lists.

These folks aren't psychic. The more info you provide when describing what you need, the more likely they are to find it.
