Wow I feel like a newbie now. :) I've only got experience on Windows 3.11, Win95, WinNT4, SGI WindowMagic (X). I've used OS/2 and Mac a little, but not really enough to critique their merits. The Mac desktop reminded me slightly of the SGI desktop. I've also messed with the WebTV stuff, but only for a few minutes.... just seemed like a decked out web browser IMHO.
Are we going to compile a page of each GUI's primary widgets/features, so we can compare and decide what features are the best?

I will try to do the SGI WindowMagic... though I'll only have access to it until this Monday. I suppose I could do NT4 also, but is there a need? I think most everyone is familiar with the NT4/win95 gui right?
