Who's Graciously Hosting JOS?

The server is hosted by webby.com, Helmut was watching the JavaLobby groups, when we talked about building a Java OS, Helmut registered the site [domain]. He then invited us to build it. He has stated that he is waiting for an "offical" structure before he will turn over the rights to the domain. [whom to?]

It's on a sparc station, we have shell access, and Helmut does the best he can to accomidate it.

Helmut's paying. He has an advertisement on the first page, also a few of us have "rented" web space from him commercially to help support his operations.

The Wiki is under RCS. I'm not sure if the site is being backed up, last I spoke with Helmut (on the previous web server he was on) it had nightly backups.

I set up a Michigan, USA LLC for JOS, but I still think that this form of legal organization is incorrect - so I kinda dropped the ball once again. Anyway, I left JOS (as far as my time is concerned) about a year ago.. to search for a better organizational model. More on that within the next few months.... and yes, I keep promising, but I'm getting there... slowly.
